Our cookware is designed to enable a frictionless cooking experience. To make cleaning easy, we coated our pots and pans with non-stick ceramic that’s free from harmful chemicals like PTFE (Teflon), PFOA (C8), lead, or cadmium that can be found in other non-stick cookware.
Our Fry Pan allows for healthy cooking in the kitchen without harmful chemicals: use for slide-off-the-pan eggs, sautéing veggies, and more. Our Essential pan can be used for dishes with stock, dinner parties, and more: it’s bigger and deeper. You can cook with your Essential Pan your baked chicken or cioppino.
Our Sauce Pan can be used for rice, soups, and more. It’s great for pasta sauces, or simply boiled eggs. It has a very and comfortable size.
Our products are designed in Malaysia and manufactured in Southern China. Our production partners have spent years producing some of the world’s leading cookware brands and follow responsible manufacturing practices, with leading industry certifications including BSCI and ISO9001.
Ceramic non-stick pans, unlike cast iron, do not need seasoning. Other than giving your products a quick rinse with warm, soapy water when you first receive them, you’re ready to start cooking!
We have 4 types of pans and they can cover almost 100% of your recipes. Our Fry Pan is 26cm and it’s great for scrambled eggs in the morning. Our Sauce Pan is 18cm and it’s perfect for your quick pasta sauce for lunch, while the Casserole (26 cm) fits perfectly to cover the family dinner. Lastly, our Essential (30cm) is as the name says… essential for your non-stick non-toxic cookware set.

No, the Fry Pan does not have a lid.

The internal coating is a German Made Non-Stick Ceramic coating (Greblon). The core of the pans is made of Aluminium with a thickness of 4mm, while all handles are made of Stainless Steel.
Fully clad stainless steel is durable and excellent at evenly retaining heat. It can handle high-temperature cooking, which is helpful if you're making something that needs to cook on both the stove and in the oven. Stainless does require more cleaning time than non-stick. Our non-stick ceramic coating is built to last, but nonstick pans do need to be replaced more frequently than stainless ones.
Ella products are made without any toxic materials like PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, or other hard-to-pronounce chemicals. We use a mineral-based coating that won't leach toxic materials into your food. This allows home chefs to enjoy the clean & healthy ingredients without worry.
Our natural non-stick ceramic coating releases up to 60% less CO2 when produced compared to traditional non-stick coatings.
Our products are made for all stovetops (ceramic, induction, electric, gas) and they are oven safe.
Stainless steel and cast iron are non-toxic like the ceramic coating, but not very easy to clean since they are stick pans and the surface does not heat evenly, avoiding cool spots and unevenly cooked food. On the other note, Teflon is very easy to clean (non-stick), but it’s not versatile (you will need to buy different pans for different kitchen hobs) and it’s toxic.

Delivery to Klang Valley is within 2 - 4 working days, whereas the rest of West Malaysia is within 4 - 6 working days. Unfortunately, we don't deliver the Ella Cookware Set to East Malaysia at the moment.

We deliver with a third-party courier and at the moment it is not possible to specify delivery date and time. The courier will give you a phone call to successfully arrange the delivery.
The delivery address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, it may be difficult for us to change the details, but do get in touch with us and we’ll see how we can help.

We offer an easy 30-day return policy for our Ella cookware set. This means you can receive your Ella at home and you can feel them before deciding if you're happy with your purchase. The return period starts on your purchase date. (purchase of gift cards is non-refundable).
All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, and must be sent within 30 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Ella, at its discretion, reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Wash the cookware set by hand, with warm water and detergent, with a non-abrasive sponge, before using it for the first time.
Yes. Keep in mind that dishwashers can be tough on pots and pans. To keep your tools in top shape, we recommend hand-washing your cookware with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. If you decide to use the dishwasher, place your cookware on the top rack as this is often the most gentle cleaning area.
Yes! We designed our cookware to be compatible with all stovetops including gas, induction, ceramic, and electric. The cookware set is also oven safe!

You can, but please make sure that the internal coating won’t be exposed too much to high temperatures.
Our pots and pans nest seamlessly, so you can store your cookware even in the tightest of kitchen spaces. Before storing, make sure each product is nice and dry, and consider adding spacers or kitchen towels to keep your cookware in its best shape.
